Call for Abstract
General Information
The Organizing Committee invites all interested academicians and researchers to submit their abstracts. Fill out the Google form from the link or scan the QR code to send abstracts for VIII NAGI IC 2024. Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully. Abstracts sent by email will not be accepted.

The Organizing Committee proposes seven (7) main themes and thirty (30) sub-themes. The accepted abstracts will be presented as poster or oral. The presenting author will have to register to the conference for the abstract to be included in the final program.
• A maximum of TWO abstracts from each presenting author will be considered, in order to assure broad participation and scientific exchange (one oral and one poster, or two posters).
• Authors should indicate their preferred sub-theme and presentation mode (oral or poster), although the final decision will be made by organizing committee.
• All abstracts will be reviewed and may be sent back for revision if required. If a revision is necessary, the revised abstract must be sent back within a week.
• If an abstract is contributed by more than one author and the non-presenting author also registers for the conference, he/ she will be automatically mapped to the abstracts he/ she has co-authored.
• It is possible to change the presenting author at short notice in case of unforeseen absence of the registered presenter.
• A participant attending the conference without an abstract can directly proceed with registration and payment. The participant’s status will be attendee only.
Abstract Submission
• All abstracts must be submitted in English.
• Number of words: maximum 350, excluding titles, authors and affiliations.
• Plain text should be used without any special characters.
• Keywords (Max. 5 keywords).
• No references should be included.
• Graphics will not be accepted.
Note:
- Selected abstracts will be invited for full paper submission and will be published in Scopus/SCI-indexed journals for publication. Submitted articles will be peer-reviewed and will be screened for plagiarism before final acceptance.
