The inaugural session of the Conference, plenary lectures, panel discussions, and some of the
technical sessions will be held at the Rabindra Bhavan, Asansol, in the heart of the city. Some
technical sessions will be organized in the University campus during the three days of the
Conference. The official language of the Conference will be English.
